1. Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: All products are made to order (Print On Demand – POD). Processing time typically ranges from 2-7 business days for printed items and 2-5 business days for embroidered items.
- Delivery Time: Once processing is complete, Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- United States: 3-4 business days
- Europe: 6-8 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs / fees are calculated based on the delivery address and will be clearly displayed before checkout.
2. Returns Policy
- Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
- For issues such as damages, printing errors, or incorrect items, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. Include photos of the item and a description of the issue. If have, please send detail and image via mail beyourstylevn@gmail.com or info@beyourstyle.shop
- Returned items will be sent to our warehouse. Please note that we do not accept returns for size mismatches or changes of mind after placing the order. Please send us information order id, image to proceed as soon as possible. After send us email, we will contact you our warehouse where is nearest to you.
3. Incorrect Shipping Address:
- If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
4. Return Request Process:

- Photos of the defective or damaged item.
After approval, you will receive instructions for returning the item (if applicable).
